CrimpLink for Diesel Installations

Good day to you,

A few engineers and consultants saw the benefits in using stainless steel within certain limitations ie. Hot water systems and awkward installations, where plastics, screwed piping and copper just did not satisfy all the criteria, and now diesel fuel reticulation systems

Since using this these engineers and plumbers have become convinced of the benefits and ease of use of the stainless steel crimp-on plumbing and fittings. Primarily being the long term life cost, corrosion resistance, ease of installation, aesthetic and hygienic properties, and for the plumber, resistance to theft from site. (It is difficult to cut up, and then wrap into small parcels to carry away unseen. Also does not have same scrap value as copper.)

This has now become the standard for use in diesel generator pipe reticulation systems for feed and return fuel supply systems. The primary reason for change to stainless has been the guaranteed non leaking application that the crimp on system provides. Once the pipe and fittings have been assembled and crimped together one has a permanent non leaking joint.

(Please note. All the O rings that are a standard at the end of the fittings have to be replaced with FKM / viton O rings which we supply).

Consider the peace of mind this gives knowing there are no come backs to repair leaks and the cost saving that this provides. Do a job once!!!!!!!!

There are many other situations where this value added concept is just what is needed. And more and more engineers are starting to opt for this approach in general, because of this added value and peace of mind.

In this context we know we can provide you with this value by utilizing us for all your stainless plumbing requirements.
